Hi Everyone - I’m excited to share we’ve just released a new enhancement, Custom Events Usage for all customers. With the launch of Custom Events Usage, you can easily see what Custom Events are being stored in Iterable, and how those events are being used within Segmentation and Workflows. This additional transparency allows you to easily understand the best events to use within campaigns and provides a great way for new members of your team to understand relevant events. Our new Hybrid integration is a “plug and play” solution that offers mParticle customers the ability to take advantage of our entire mobile offering, including rich push, in-app, and mobile Inbox—making it significantly easier to implement our SDK in multiple apps. We just finished up our virtual user group series focusing on how to practice empathy marketing and a few customers talked about how they've surveyed their customer base to get a sense for how they're feeling and what they want to see out of their brand. We recently surveyed our customers here in the community and in our newsletter, The Monthly Snippet, on what types of virtual user groups they want to be part of -- industry, company size, strategy focused, etc -- which resulted in hosting user groups to focus on E-Commerce, Europe, and Health & Wellness. Another great example of taking action on feedback from your customers is Rothy’s. They recently surveyed their customers to source ideas on how to help COVID-19 relief efforts, which resulted in over 500 ideas submitted in a matter of hours. Hi Everyone - We are excited to announce a new product enhancement - Self-Service SAML Configuration. While we’ve historically supported SAML, which allows customers to use their authentication and authorization services (_e.g., Okta_) to easily manage access to Iterable - providing a central location and simplified onboarding and off-boarding experience. We’ve further developed this functionality to now allow IT departments to configure Iterable to connect to their SSO provider via SAML in a self-service way.
