I am trying to set up a journey to send a specific email treatment if that email is being sent Tues-Thurs between 11am and 4pm.For context, we have a new chat function that we are testing on our website that we want to send people to via a link in an email, however, our agents are only able to monitor this chat Tues-Thurs between 11am to 4pm. So if a customer is set to receive that email outside of that time frame, we want to send the regular email that does not direct them to our chat function. Does anyone have experience with sending a different treatment during specific time frame? I have not found a solution with the support team so I thought I would see if anyone has experience with the same type of thing. Thanks!
It would be nice to have line height as an integer in the content properties as opposed to four static values. There are times when overriding these would save the headache of needing to export, create custom HTML, then edit that block to accommodate the line height spacing you are after.

I’m trying to fetch all the users in a project, but I’m reading the API’s documentation and there isn’t an endpoint related to fetch all the users in an account. Does anyone know if there is something like that? Or is there a way to create an export or report with the API? Thanks!
When creating a journey, is there a reason why the data from the triggering custom event is available to select in the Attribute split tile?It behaves identically to the yes/no split tile but instead allows for multiple paths, instead of just two.I’m going to have to use 10 yes/no split tiles instead of 1 attribute title in the journey that i am currently making. Please can you add the functionality to your roadmap if it isn’t already on there? I feel like the majority of the time that I would want to use an attribute split tile, I would want to customise it with the triggering event data. Thanks
Hello- I’m looking to add a simple thumbs up/thumbs down survey to the footer of my emails, but I’m not sure about the best way to implement it with the tools I have: Digioh, Qualtrics, and Iterable.Specifically, I’d like to:Add a survey or feedback widget in the email footer. Track responses (thumbs up or down) and ideally have them automatically feed into a reporting system. Keep the survey quick and easy for the recipients, without requiring them to leave the email. Has anyone implemented something like this before with these tools? What are the best approaches to set this up and collect responses efficiently?Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! ✉
I’m hiring a Lifecycle Marketer for the Lifecycle team at Contentsquare! As part of the larger Customer Marketing team, you’ll design, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs that drive activation, engagement, account expansion, and customer advocacy. Ideally you already have a couple of years of experience creating these kinds of campaigns. This role will support a hybrid product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) go-to-market strategy, empowering our users to explore and adopt our analytics platform while directing larger enterprise customers to our Customer Success and Sales teams for a more tailored experience. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to create and support the different user journeys. This is a hybrid role based in our Paris, Barcelona, London, or Munich office, but we’re also considering remote candidates in Germany and elsewhere in EMEA. You can find more details in the job posting on our Care
Hi - Does anyone know of a way to add an ‘Add to Calendar’ button to email templates for appointment reminders? This would be part of a reoccurring journey triggered by appointment data.I know there is a litmus/eventable option but these can not be made a recurring event and needs to be adjusted manually each time.Looking to add something like this
Hi Iterable community! We’re relatively new to the platform and setting up various in-app templates. While the bottom sheet satisfyingly appears with a quick animation from the bottom of the screen, as you can see we're left with a hole between the sheet itself and the bottom of the screen. It appears that the HTML code we used to produce such design is correct, and we're now wondering if there's a way to fill that gap. Anyone else had this issue? Would also be keen to connect with anyone from the Iterable community for journey/campaign setup and in-apps - would be great to learn and share tips! (As you know, it takes some time to get up to speed with the platform!) Thanks :)
I’m trying to figure out the best way to pull all subscription data, but we see that the API doesn't have any GET method to do this like for users or campaigns. Is there a way to pull subscriptions? Here is the link of the subscriptions’s API endpoints list: https://support.iterable.com/hc/en-us/articles/204780579-API-Overview-and-Sample-Payloads#subscriptions
I noticed when creating a campaign, a template is created, but when I go to the template section, I do not see my template? The only time I see my templates is when I create the template first. Is it good practice or necessary to create a template before creating a campaign? Or if its not a reusable template is it best just to create a template when creating a campaign? Thank you in advance for any advice. Paula
Context: I have this handlebar for an email snippet: {{#ifLte counter 1}}{{#ifContainsStr service.primary.eligible "VAC"}} {{#not service.primary.enrolled "VAC"}} {{#assign "counter"}}{{math counter '+' 1}}{{/assign}}{ HTML content for snippet 1 }{{/not}} {{/ifContainsStr}} {{/ifLte}} {{#ifLte counter 1}}{{#ifContainsStr service.primary.eligible "NSE"}} {{#not service.primary.enrolled "NSE"}} {{#assign "counter"}}{{math counter '+' 1}}{{/assign}}{ HTML content for snippet 2 }{{/not}} {{/ifContainsStr}} {{/ifLte}}Question: I am creating a webhook on Iterable that will catch the clicking events of these snippets and I am not able to pass the handlebar code onto the Webhook body as JSON….. Does anyone have any experience doing similar to this and help me how to create the webhook to catch the events?
Sorry this might be a newbie question, but I couldn’t figure out how to do a happy birthday to a user. We have 2 fields, 1 is date_of_birth in date format YYYY-MM-DD, 1 is month_of_birth which is in number format. The part I’m stuck at is that I’m trying to use segmentation to create a segment contains users that birthday is today, but Iterable checks for exact match for the date including the year, so even if the day and month match, but the year doesn’t match (so lets say this year is 2024, but user birth_of_date is 1996-10-23), then it cannot segment. So in general, what would be the suggestion for me to do a birthday journey/workflow if I have a field containing user’s birthday in my data. Thanks.
I’m considering the creation of a custom preference center for our users to control which subscriptions they want and do not want to keep receiving. I’m curious to hear if anyone that has already gone through the process has any tips, tricks, ideas, learnings and or recommendations on how to approach this.
Hi there! We’ve moving into Iterable and working to create/recreate journeys we had elsewhere. And… we’re getting caught on how to compare variables within Journey elements. For example: We have a journey workflow that begins when an event (actionGetStarted) occurs. The actionGetStarted has an ID (actionGetStarted.id). Once the workflow has complete, we send that workflow into another. Ideally, if a person has not taken an action with X days (which results in actionSubmission event, with actionSubmission.actionId) then we’d send them a reminder. Using the various blocks, like yes/no, hold until, etc., I see we can check against one of those two -- for instance, I can select actionGetStarted.id from the incoming journey event - but I have no way to designate that it should check for the second item, which is actionSubmission.id, given that the input box is checking for plaintext. Is there any way/means to use that second box as an event comparator? Thanks!
