Today, we’re launching In-App Message Prioritization, your tool for controlling the flow of the in-app messaging experience. We’ve launched a new dropdown tool capable of assigning different priority “weights” to your campaigns. When creating, the new priority levels (Low, Medium, High, Critical) determine the display order of your users’ queued messages. * Use it for placing critical and time-sensitive messages at the top of users’ queues * Choose the message display order of different in-app campaigns * Assign different campaigns different priority weights based on importance of objectives * And more! And don’t worry! Any of your existing or recurring campaigns will receive a default priority and continue to be presented in the standard first-in/first-out ordering. Hello Iterable Community, Managing SMS compliance in the face evolving mobile carrier standards just got easier! Today, we’re launching SMS Opt-Out Settings, our new disclaimer management feature to help marketers balance carrier compliance and customer preferences from a simple drop-down. As carrier guidelines around brand-initiated SMS messages from 10-digit long codes evolve (AT&T, most notably), we wanted to ensure marketers had an easy way to apply appropriate disclaimers to messages without having to update every single template. SMS Opt-Out Settings now lets you apply disclaimers to texts: the initial, all _(our recommendation for maximum deliverability!)_, or none* of your messages. Greetings Iterable Community, I’m excited to share with you an exciting new release enhancing our analytics and reporting capabilities, Messaging Insights! Messaging Insights is an all new customizable analytics reporting page that offers a holistic view of performance across campaigns, allowing you to monitor, compare, and hone in on key metrics at a glance and discover performance trends. With the release of Messaging Insights, you can now easily select and compare performance metrics across multiple campaigns, and view results by message channel, performance metric, message type, message state, and date range. Messaging Insights is now available to all customers and located under the “Insights” top navigation in your account. I’m happy to share with you the release of Holdout Groups, a new feature that allows you to measure the effectiveness and impact of your marketing campaigns against a custom conversion event within an experiment. Easily define and exclude a subset of your audience from receiving an email, SMS, mobile in-app, push campaign, or web push message and analyze the uplift in purchases or a select custom conversion event from those who have received the campaign against those that have not. Holdout Groups is now available to all customers and located within the “Experiments” page for email, mobile push, and web push blast campaigns.
