Updates to heatmaps in Campaign Analytics

Updates to heatmaps in Campaign Analytics NOTES The heatmap updates described, here, are currently in beta and are available to select Iterable customers. Contact your Iterable customer success manager for more information. Because we refresh data in your templates during this update, heatmap data for campaigns that are clicked before, during, and after the update display differently. To ensure that you're viewing heatmaps for any running triggered campaigns with the new view, save the template you used to create a campaign and resend the campaign. In order to see snippet clicks in the new view, you also need to resave any associated snippets after the heatmaps update launches. The Heatmap view in Campaign Analytics makes it easy for you to quickly see what information users found most interesting for a selected campaign. And, with this release, you can view heatmap data with much greater fidelity and export it for further analysis or to share with your team. With this update, you can: Preview conditional logic (such as Handlebars and snippets) with actual user data, either data of your choosing, or randomly selected. Preview dynamic URLs that are contained in snippets. Preview dynamic URLs in a templatized format (such as example.com/{bookingId}) or as raw link data (such as example.com/000123456). View data feeds, if available. View the total clicks and unique clicks, including by percentage, for your campaign. Edit the JSON data associated with a user profile field to preview a different version of the data before making changes to the template. Note that this doesn't change the actual data. For more information, see Heatmaps.

Enhancements that spread joy!

Enhancements that spread joy!

If you haven’t noticed yet, you’re sure to notice soon — in an effort to bring our customers even more joyful experiences while using Iterable, we’ve released a number of enhancements that we think you’ll love. In fact, we’ve been calling this effort CUSTOMER LOVE 💕! During this all-hands-on-deck activity, Iterable PMs, designers, engineers, and tech writers implemented several updates that you've been asking for to make it easier for you customize and find information in Iterable. Here are the highlights. Navigating folders when creating campaigns Identifying campaigns and lists Defining a custom hold time for your journeys Previewing SMS messages with or without opt-out text Deleting SMS contact cards Editing draft campaigns Setting up Predictive Goals criteria Identifying opportunities to use Next Best Action  Navigating folders when creating campaignsWe've added a breadcrumb to the top of the Campaign and Template index pages, making it easier for you to navigate back to the previous folder — this is a real time saver when you're creating multiple campaigns in the same folder! Identifying campaigns and listsThese updates make it easier to identify campaigns and lists: Campaign IDs have been added to the Campaigns tab in Messaging Insights, making it easier to locate the campaign you're looking for. Campaign label names and list descriptions are now available directly on the user profile page in Iterable (in Events > History and Lists), making it easier to relate a campaign ID to a particular campaign, and to know the purpose of a list that a given user is assigned to.  Defining a custom hold time for your journeysNow, you can define a custom hold duration on journey Hold tiles, giving you even greater control over the way your users move through a journey. See Hold Until Tiles for more information. Previewing SMS messages with or without opt-out textWe've updated the SMS preview to display message, character, and segment counts with or without the default opt-out text. Deleting SMS contact cardsA new option enables you to delete SMS contact cards that you no longer need. See SMS Verified Contact Cards for more information. Editing campaignsNow, you can easily edit campaigns that are not actively sending (for example, Draft or Ready status, but not Running status), directly from the Campaigns index. See Editing Campaign Content for more information. Setting up Predictive Goals criteriaWe've updated Predictive Goals to display field descriptions from Data Schema Management, making it easier to choose the right criteria when defining your goals. Identifying opportunities to use Next Best ActionIf Next Best Action is enabled in your project, you can now find campaigns that are good candidates for retargeting directly in Messaging Insights. Just look for the NBA icon next to campaigns that Iterable has determined might benefit from a refresh.

We solemnly swear that product updates are on the way, and they're going to be good! 🧙
