Updates to Frequency Management and new options to optimize message delivery
This week, we started a rolling release of several improvements to Iterable's Frequency Management feature. These updates include a dedicated Frequency Management page where you can:

Cap the number of messages a user can receive for a given message type (for example, Promotional), in addition to message channel, which was previously supported.

If Frequency Optimization is enabled in your project, specify a range of limits (weekly or monthly) for Iterable to consider when selecting an optimal value for each user that’s based on their historical engagement data.
