Hi allWhat's best practice to export user-level data to a cloud data warehouse?I can see you can export user events via the API (/api/export/userEvents) but this requires iterating through all user events, and I can't see a time filter - so would have to export all data each data and merge into destination.You can also export campaign data but this is too high level. We need event data at a user level, but only want to export new data each day.ThanksLuke
I am looking to use the Iterable API to get all userId’s in a static list. I can see in the documentation there is a parameter for preferUserId. When I send a request, I get email’s back regardless of if preferUserId is set to true or false. I am wondering if there is anyway to get back userId’s rather than emails from the api/lists/getUsers endpoint?https://api.iterable.com/api/docs#lists_getLists_0here is my example request: https://api.iterable.com/api/lists/getUsers?listId=391&preferUserId=true
I’m troubleshooting an issue where a user did not receive an email that they should have. When I inspect this user’s events, the emails definitely were never sent (so it’s not a case of the emails landing in spam). These emails are sent as part of a journey, and this journey is triggered by a specific event. When I inspect the user’s event history, I see this even was, in fact, triggered. To investigate what happened, I want to determine if this user was, in fact, added to the journey. And, if so, I want to be able to track their progression through the journey to determine where they exited -- since they evidently didn’t reach the point where the email is sent. How do i accomplish this? I’ve poked around the interface and I can’t figure it out. Thanks for your help!
Hi there: In order to match our brand guide, our content authors need to use a Google Custom Font within the drag & drop interfaces. From a technical angle, I’ve been modestly successful using code included in the <head> of the file, but this won’t be a workable solution for the fully-GUI version of how our editors author content. Therefore, the Iterable/built-in font customization option (wituin the UI) is likely the best scenario. However, it doesn’t seem to allow for Google Fonts to be imported directly from the Google Font URL. My questions are: 1 - Has anyone successfully used the Google Custom Font within the GUI version of the font customizer? If so, which URL did you provide it? 2 - Alternatively, we can host the font on our servers and serve the font URL. However, question: what format is Iterable expecting - or can it handle? For example, .WOFF? This would help us understand how to configure our settings such that they work with the Iterable UI. 3 - Any other tips/t
It would be great to have a way to more easily “push” updates out. Right now it is very manual. Our use casesWe maintain our templates as a source of truth for updates. That way we can proof and test them internally before setting them live, even when small updates are made. Once the template is updated you have to manually update it in any live campaigns. Would love to be able to “save and update select campaigns” We use our sandbox environments to test comms related to new feature launches or feature updates. It is great that we can now clone things across projects but it would be great if there was an easier way to maintain what is live between the sandbox and production projects without having to clone across projects and then make manual updates each time.
Hi - Does anyone know of a way to add an ‘Add to Calendar’ button to email templates for appointment reminders? This would be part of a reoccurring journey triggered by appointment data.I know there is a litmus/eventable option but these can not be made a recurring event and needs to be adjusted manually each time.Looking to add something like this
We have the potential for user to be in multiple journeys at once. I am trying to figure out the best solution for holding a user at a tile if they have recently gotten an email from us (say the last 6 hours) and delaying the send, not skipping it entirely, which is what the Frequency Management settings currently would have it do. We want to avoid a user getting multiples emails from us in a short period of time, but we also want to avoid the user not getting the email all together.2 options we’ve considered - “Yes/No split” to check for email sends in last 6 hours and adding a time delay for another 6 hours before sending the email. Creating a Dynamic List of email sends in the last 6 hours and adding a “Wait Step” to check that a user is no longer apart of that list.Is there another option I’m missing or does anyone have a better solution they’ve used in a similar scenario?

I am trying to set up a journey to send a specific email treatment if that email is being sent Tues-Thurs between 11am and 4pm.For context, we have a new chat function that we are testing on our website that we want to send people to via a link in an email, however, our agents are only able to monitor this chat Tues-Thurs between 11am to 4pm. So if a customer is set to receive that email outside of that time frame, we want to send the regular email that does not direct them to our chat function. Does anyone have experience with sending a different treatment during specific time frame? I have not found a solution with the support team so I thought I would see if anyone has experience with the same type of thing. Thanks!
It would be nice to have line height as an integer in the content properties as opposed to four static values. There are times when overriding these would save the headache of needing to export, create custom HTML, then edit that block to accommodate the line height spacing you are after.
I’m trying to fetch all the users in a project, but I’m reading the API’s documentation and there isn’t an endpoint related to fetch all the users in an account. Does anyone know if there is something like that? Or is there a way to create an export or report with the API? Thanks!
When creating a journey, is there a reason why the data from the triggering custom event is available to select in the Attribute split tile?It behaves identically to the yes/no split tile but instead allows for multiple paths, instead of just two.I’m going to have to use 10 yes/no split tiles instead of 1 attribute title in the journey that i am currently making.Please can you add the functionality to your roadmap if it isn’t already on there? I feel like the majority of the time that I would want to use an attribute split tile, I would want to customise it with the triggering event data.Thanks
Hello- I’m looking to add a simple thumbs up/thumbs down survey to the footer of my emails, but I’m not sure about the best way to implement it with the tools I have: Digioh, Qualtrics, and Iterable.Specifically, I’d like to:Add a survey or feedback widget in the email footer. Track responses (thumbs up or down) and ideally have them automatically feed into a reporting system. Keep the survey quick and easy for the recipients, without requiring them to leave the email. Has anyone implemented something like this before with these tools? What are the best approaches to set this up and collect responses efficiently?Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! ✉
Hi Iterable community! We’re relatively new to the platform and setting up various in-app templates. While the bottom sheet satisfyingly appears with a quick animation from the bottom of the screen, as you can see we're left with a hole between the sheet itself and the bottom of the screen. It appears that the HTML code we used to produce such design is correct, and we're now wondering if there's a way to fill that gap. Anyone else had this issue? Would also be keen to connect with anyone from the Iterable community for journey/campaign setup and in-apps - would be great to learn and share tips! (As you know, it takes some time to get up to speed with the platform!) Thanks :)
Has anyone found a way to dismiss an In App by tapping anywhere outside the in app space?
I’m trying to figure out the best way to pull all subscription data, but we see that the API doesn't have any GET method to do this like for users or campaigns. Is there a way to pull subscriptions? I noticed when creating a campaign, a template is created, but when I go to the template section, I do not see my template? The only time I see my templates is when I create the template first. Is it good practice or necessary to create a template before creating a campaign? Or if its not a reusable template is it best just to create a template when creating a campaign?
