Greetings Iterable Community, Good news! We have released a new event history summary addition to the User Profile that will allow you to see a holistic overview of your interactions with a single user. Featuring new customizable event filters and date picker, data visualizations, and improved sorting capabilities, you can now easily visualize all of the actions a particular user has taken over time and gain deeper insights about your customers. This new complementary overview page can be found on the existing Event History tab within the User Profile. This page will not replace the existing Event History page, but offer an optional enhanced view for you to open for any individual user. In order to access, an Iterable user must have the “user profiles & data” permission enabled to view the new summary. Greetings Iterable Community, We recently made improvements around the control and precision customers have when scheduling send times for campaigns across channels. New send time granularity improves campaign sending specificity down to the minute, allowing customers to schedule campaigns more granularly by single minute intervals as well as select from default 15 minute intervals. This new improvement allows more specificity and greater control for customers when scheduling their campaigns across channels. Benefits include: * More granular campaign scheduling opportunity down to the minute * Increased scheduling capacity and specificity * Replaces default 5 minute increments in the drop down with 15 min increments with added ability to customize specific send time resulting in faster time selection This enhancement can be found within the “send time” section of the “schedule campaign” screen in the UI. This course will walk you through how to delete users via API, or by using the bulk delete option within the Iterable interface.
