Greetings Iterable Community,
Today, we will be releasing a new update to Messaging Insights that will offer support for viewing and comparing campaign performance across more than 1 message medium at a time.
With new multi-medium support, customers now have even greater flexibility in monitoring, comparing, and discovering key performance trends across message medium (ie: email + push + SMS) all in a single view.
What Are the New Changes?
- Message Medium Selection Field - now offers customers a drop down of available message mediums to select from. Customers can select 1 or more than 1 medium at a time and results will dynamically update upon selection criteria.
- Decoupled “Overview + Campaigns” View - the default view of campaign results now shows an expanded view of overall performance widgets based on the filter criteria selected as its own tab called “Overview”. Campaign results are available in a separate tab called “Campaigns”.
- New Data Visualization View Layout - now offers color-coded results broken out by message medium selected, offering our customers an easy way to identify and measure which medium(s) are performing best across campaigns with their users.
