Hi Everyone - I’m excited to share we’ve just released a new enhancement, Preset In-App Animations for all customers. With the release of Preset In-App Animations, we’ve made the display and dismissal of messages feel smoother and more like a seamlessly integrated part of your app. * You can now enable preset animations at the template level that will display and dismiss the In-App message in a smooth, and delightful way. * The added control over the opacity and color of the background behind modals means you can make them fit in perfectly with your brand. Let's Talk About Lifecycle Mapping When it comes to the modern-day lifecycle, there are two critical elements marketers need to consider: a guiding stage-by-stage framework and a readiness to respond when customers choose to go their own way. A comprehensive lifecycle is one born from methodical planning and customer-first creativity. For simplicity, we think about the lifecycle in three basic stages—activation, nurture and re-activation. Each stage has its own overarching purpose and objectives that customers must reach before advancing into the next one.
