Workflow Wednesday!

Do you have a workflow that you want to show off? Whether it’s a simple one, or a complex one, we want to see it!

Are you a customer that wants to see how others are doing a specific type of workflow? Let us know in the comments.

PLUS!! Share and explain a workflow and get an Iterable hoodie!

p.s. if you want to see the workflows that customers have shared in the past, take a look at this discussion from last year’s holiday week! Thanks @Davida Gaffney @Jenn Ohlheiser and @Sylvia Fabries for sharing yours during holiday week!
I would really love to see how users are combining the new send time optimization with a multi-channel/multi-touchpoint workflow.
I think our most crazy workflow setup is probably our COVID-19 Test At Home Collection Kit post-results flow. It's designed to onboard users who likely don't know anything about the brand aside from the COVID-19 kit.

Email 1:
We re-introduce them to the brand and encourage them to learn more about the breadth of testing options we have and the science behind it.

Email 2:
We ask them what their health interests are outside of COVID-19 and provide a few categorical options.

Email 3:
Based on what they chose in email 2, they get personalized messaging, blog content and offers.

Email 4:
This one is a simple promotional reminder to drive retention from the offers they receive in email 3.

Email 5:
This one comes later in the lifecycle, sending them a unique referral link and offer to drive our referral program in a meaningful way.

Some of the workflow logic that we had to put into that is kind of crazy and we're not leveraging any datafeeds or Iterable's catalog feature, but we still managed to get it to work.

I wouldn't call it groundbreaking, but it's been satisfying working on it.
