We are moving Academy to the SkillJar LMS platform and are most of the way complete with our implementation. We plan to launch the new space on January 3rd. We are moving to provide you with a more intuitive, easy to use space, and to help our team have a scalable content management space as our education program grows. We couldn't be more excited! Things to look forward to : SSO: If you're logged into your Iterable Org, you'll be able to navigate to the new Academy seamlessly! Direct posting of courses completed and Certifications completed to LinkedIn! SkillJar has a native LinkedIn integration so you can share your accomplishments with your industry. Greetings Iterable Community,Today, we will be releasing a new update to Messaging Insights that will offer support for viewing and comparing campaign performance across more than 1 message medium at a time.With new multi-medium support, customers now have even greater flexibility in monitoring, comparing, and discovering key performance trends across message medium (ie: email + push + SMS)  all in a single view. What Are the New Changes?Message Medium Selection Field - now offers customers a drop down of available message mediums to select from. Customers can select 1 or more than 1 medium at a time and results will dynamically update upon selection criteria. Decoupled “Overview + Campaigns” View - the default view of campaign results now shows an expanded view of overall performance widgets based on the filter criteria selected as its own tab called “Overview”. Greetings Iterable Community,Due to the recent changes from Apple Mail Privacy Protection feature, released as part of their iOS 15 on September 20th, 2021, open rates for end users using iOS 15 will no longer be a reliable benchmark for measuring engagement. This is due to Apple obfuscating open metrics by generating an open regardless of a user’s activity to help improve protect user’s privacy.   As a result, Send Time Optimization (STO) will be impacted as email open data is incorporated into our AI machine learning modeling to make predictions. To prevent customer’s end user’s open rates from being over inflated and retain the accuracy of our STO predictions, we will be filtering  ‘userAgent == Mozilla/5.0’ from STO predictions  for email campaigns and removing any false-positive opens matching this user agent dating back to September 1st, 2021. To summarize, to retain the accuracy of send time predictions and correct over inflation of open rates, the user agent ‘Mozilla/5.0’ for i

We have released a new event history summary addition to the User Profile that will allow you to see a holistic overview of your interactions with a single user. Featuring new customizable event filters and date picker, data visualizations, and improved sorting capabilities, you can now easily visualize all of the actions a particular user has taken over time and gain deeper insights about your customers. This new complementary overview page can be found on the existing Event History tab within the User Profile. This page will not replace the existing Event History page, but offer an optional enhanced view for you to open for any individual user. In order to access, an Iterable user must have the “user profiles & data” permission enabled to view the new summary.
