The Iterable Academy is moving to a new learning management system called SkillJar. Our planned launch date for this move is Wednesday January 12th!

Key highlights:



  • Login will be provisioned via SSO, so if you have an Iterable app account, you will be able to login to the new Academy, seamlessly!


  • New roles based learning paths


  • Updated Foundations learning path


  • Easier navigation!


  • Calendar of live events


  • Certifications (being build out) that you can share, once passed, on LinkedIn!


    • Action items for you:



  • Finish up all in-progress courses in LearnUpon by December 20th. We will be doing a historical pull so that all course completions are marked accordingly in the new Academy (so you can see what you have already completed)


  • Course completions will take about 2 weeks to appear in your dashboard once we launch. We will do a SECOND course completions pull post-launch to ensure we captured everything!


  • Make a note for yourself as a reminder about the move!

Hi Casey!

Thanks for your question. We hit some roadblocks with getting SSO up and running, so we've pushed our launch to January 27th. We are hoping to be ready in time for that date, but will update again here in Community if that changes. In the. meantime, you can still access Academy in its existing space and all course completions will be moved over to the new Academy once we launch.
