The Iterable Academy has moved, details below:

  • You'll navigate to academy.iterable.com and use your Iterable app login credentials to login. If you are already logged into the Iterable app and you navigate to the Academy URL, you'll be logged in via SSO. We will also keep you logged in until you log out of your Iterable app account!

  • Browse the full course catalog page, use the navigation helpers, or simply use the search option- whatever serves you best!

  • Keep an eye out for our NEW Foundations learning path, launching soon, along with a certification exam to get fully Foundations Certified!

  • We also have many roles and product based paths for you to check out, which, if you complete, you'll earn a badge to post to LinkedIn.

What happens to the courses you already took:

As we've communicated in previous posts, we have to do this in 2 phases. We have already completed 1 historical course pull. The second one which we are performing now will pull in all courses completed in the last 30 days . It will take up to 2 weeks for courses completed in the last 30 days to appear in your dashboard. Courses completed prior to that will show as "complete" in your dashboard.

The Legacy Foundations Learning Path will be archived by end of April at the latest. We'll be launching the NEW Foundations path and the Certification Exam tied to it when we archive the old path.

Questions? Let me know in the comments.

Have fun, and happy learning!

Iterable Education Services

Great this has been updated as was pretty dated 😃

Is there going to be a way to build lists of courses to take and have them saved?

Why?

We make all new users of Iterable complete 5 courses to cover the basis of using the platform so would be good to have a way these are compiled in a list I could send to new users.

Also would be good to get an overview of what courses users have completed as at the moment they have to send me screenshots

Thank you for your questions Adrian!

There is not a way for an individual to build their own list of courses to take. But luckily, we've done that for you! Users would navigate to Course Collections, and then choose their path by role or product features. We also have the Legacy Foundations learning path that will be phased out by EO April, when a new one will be launched!

Your CSM is your best bet for seeing status of team member course completions. All CSM's have access to Analytics and we are in process building out robust SalesForce reports for everyone to utilize.

Have a great day!

Caitlyn

Thanks for responding Caitlyn Vestal

Okay will reach out to CSM for team statuses we are about to train another 50+ users so would be really useful not to have to use a CSM to get this daily.

Also this is why I asked about setting up courses we want our team to take as looking at the pre.-built course collections they are not really suitable for what we need them for.

Maybe this would be a good development area to have this so it can be customised by account admins so the training can be developed for their requirements rather than a pre-set collections.
