We’ve combined the power of our all-new Aurora User Experience with everything you love about Workflow Studio, to create an entirely new journey creation experience: Studio. Studio represents a space to have fun, make a mess, a masterpiece, and create a harmonized customer experience across channels to build deeper connections and bring joy to your customers.

In Studio, “Workflows” of the past become “Journeys” of the future. You can drag and drop journey Tiles (previously known as Nodes) and build cross-channel campaigns easier than ever before.

Plenty of Time to Explore

This is an exciting change, and we want to make sure you have plenty of time to prepare and explore Studio. Check out the timeline below.

On April 27th, 2022, we will sunset Classic Workflow Studio.

Key Studio Dates:

  • Today! Tuesday, March 1 - Get access to Studio Public Beta by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  • Wednesday, April 6 - Studio will be generally available to you. It will appear as the default view in your project, with the option to toggle back to classic Workflow Studio.

  • Wednesday, April 27 - Studio is all yours! Classic Workflow Studio will sunset. Please note you will no longer be able to toggle between versions.

Great to see this in a Public Beta is such an improvement to the old workflow tool 👍

Can you make it possible to upload images when giving feedback as this is often alot clearer then trying to write what an issue or area of improvement is.

Kyle Turcotte there a few critical issues that mean my team spend alot more time using workflow is there going to be a list of bugs that will be fixed before the 27th April.

As currently we need to flick to the older version to QA workflows or journeys

Adrian Gray Please use the feedback button in Workflow studio beta so that we can track and address any issues that you have found. We will investigate if already known or in progress, and you can provide feedback or request through that mechanism as well.

We have added the feedback using the feedback button, but would be good to find out what is due to be fixed before the roll out on the 27th April so that we can prepare if these fixes are not completed in time.

Maybe a note for future feedback would be to enable image uploads as is alot easier to show an issue with an image rather than writing an explanation that is open to misinterpretation 😀
