Hello there! We officially moved into our new learning management system on the first week of February. Our new Academy is now hosted by SkillJar, and we are so happy! As you begin to explore the new space, don't forget that you can view your enrollments and completions on the dashboard in your profile. You'll also notice a banner on any coursed that you've completed or registered for, when you search for courses. [NOW AVAILABLE] Filter Proxied Open Support

Greetings Iterable Community,We are excited to announce that we have released two new metrics to allow you to view and filter for proxied email opens - Total email opens (filtered) and Unique email opens (filtered). These metrics will be available on Messaging Insights, Campaign Analytics and Workflow Analytics. We hope that these new metrics allow you to gain better insights into true performance and engagement of your email program by removing inaccurate open events caused by things like Google Image Proxy and Apple’s iOS15 Mail Privacy Protection.To learn more about these changes, please visit our release notes.

If you are already logged into the Iterable app and you navigate to the Academy URL, you'll be logged in via SSO. We will also keep you logged in until you log out of your Iterable app account! Browse the full course catalog page, use the navigation helpers, or simply use the search option- whatever serves you best! Keep an eye out for our NEW Foundations learning path, launching soon, along with a certification exam to get fully Foundations Certified! We also have many roles and product based paths for you to check out, which, if you complete, you'll earn a badge to post to LinkedIn. What happens to the courses you already took: As we've communicated in previous posts, we have to do this in 2 phases. Hello friends! Whew! Have we been busy in Education Services! We are getting close to the finish line for moving Academy from our current LMS host, Learn Upon, to our new home in SkillJar! The Monthly Snippet just went out with a few key highlights, so we hope you were able to read through that! We will be moving all of your historical course completions to the new space in the next two to three weeks weeks. Anything completed after that will be synced after launch on January 3rd- we want to make sure you get credit for all your completed courses! :) New course release announcement! We are moving Academy to the SkillJar LMS platform and are most of the way complete with our implementation. We plan to launch the new space on January 3rd. We are moving to provide you with a more intuitive, easy to use space, and to help our team have a scalable content management space as our education program grows. We couldn't be more excited!
