Hi Everyone - We are excited to announce a new product enhancement - Self-Service SAML Configuration. While we’ve historically supported SAML, which allows customers to use their authentication and authorization services (_e.g., Okta_) to easily manage access to Iterable - providing a central location and simplified onboarding and off-boarding experience. We’ve further developed this functionality to now allow IT departments to configure Iterable to connect to their SSO provider via SAML in a self-service way. Introducing Mobile Inbox Today, we’re excited to announce Mobile Inbox, a new customer-friendly home for in-app messages. In-app messaging proved its value as an effective channel for prompting action during app sessions—tapping into promotions, completing outstanding actions, or learning more about users—but its instantaneous nature can interrupt an otherwise fluid app experience. Unfortunately, your users can’t reread or re-engage with your messages once dismissed. With Mobile Inbox, we’ve mitigated that disruption and offer marketers a new venue for sharing that same, highly-personalized in-app content in a place that is available for revisiting at any time. Messages are natively stored inside each user’s Mobile Inbox for sorting and recall—just like an email inbox! Message delivery is unobtrusive and conveniently saved. Announcing AMP for Email Hi Everyone- We are thrilled to announce another product launch - AMP for Email! AMP for Email offers next-generation email functionality to enable customers to perform actions directly within an email itself or be surfaced the most up to date content available in that email. With AMP for Email you can perform actions such as: * Schedule an appointment * Fill out a questionnaire * Make a reservation * Provide your customers with updates, such as shipping status, flight information, news stories, and more!
