#10DaysofTips: Have you surveyed your customers yet?



We just finished up our virtual user group series focusing on how to practice empathy marketing and a few customers talked about how they've surveyed their customer base to get a sense for how they're feeling and what they want to see out of their brand.

We recently surveyed our customers here in the community and in our newsletter, The Monthly Snippet, on what types of virtual user groups they want to be part of -- industry, company size, strategy focused, etc -- which resulted in hosting user groups to focus on E-Commerce, Europe, and Health & Wellness.



Another great example of taking action on feedback from your customers is Rothy’s. They recently surveyed their customers to source ideas on how to help COVID-19 relief efforts, which resulted in over 500 ideas submitted in a matter of hours. They’ve now shifted part of their manufacturing efforts to make masks. You can check out more about that story here:
