What’s New From Iterable: June 2026

The conversation in our June Product Spotlight wasn't about a single new feature. It was about how teams are starting to put recent releases into practice.

Since the Spring Product Release, we've seen customers explore new ways to automate workflows, connect data sources, and scale personalization using capabilities like Nova Agent, Data Sync, AI Decisioning, MCP Server, and Creative Library.

Default Quiet Hours for New SMS Campaigns

To help prevent accidental overnight sends, Quiet Hours are now enabled by default for all new SMS campaigns.

  • By default, SMS sends are paused from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, using each recipient's local time when available. This applies to both marketing and transactional SMS campaigns.
  • For time-sensitive transactional messages that need to send immediately after an event, Quiet Hours can be turned off on a campaign-by-campaign basis.

This update helps teams build safer SMS workflows by default while supporting compliance and customer experience best practices.
