What’s New From Iterable: July 2026
Our July Product Spotlight focused on helping marketers deliver more relevant customer experiences with less technical and operational complexity.
New Handlebars Capabilities
Iterable now supports three new Handlebars features to help teams manage more complex personalization use cases.
- The new
sortByandgroupByhelpers give you more control over how complex arrays are displayed. You can use them to sort arrays by one or more fields, group items that share the same field values, and display each group with its own item count. - The new
sentAtemail merge tag displays a message’s original send time in its web version instead of the time the page is rendered.
These updates make it easier to organize dynamic data and build more flexible, personalized message experiences.
