What’s New From Iterable: April 2026
April was headlined by one of our biggest launches: the Spring 2026 Product Release.
This month introduced new AI-powered capabilities designed to help marketers move faster, make smarter decisions, and turn relevance into more predictable growth.
Alongside the Spring Release, we also shipped updates to segmentation criteria to give teams more flexibility when building audiences.
Spring Product Release Highlights
April’s biggest news was the launch of new capabilities across the platform, including:
- Iterable Command Center to see what matters most across performance, priorities, and opportunities
- Nova Agent + AI Agents to build faster and accelerate execution
- Unknown User Activation + Google Ads Integration to engage earlier and better connect paid and owned channels
- SMS Compliance Toolkit to simplify compliance with safeguards built directly into send-time workflows, including Audit Trail, Known Litigator Detection, and Enhanced Quiet Hours
- Stored Messages + Auto-Scheduled Lists to strengthen operations, streamline execution, and help keep messaging aligned with Google Ads
- Additional improvements across Goals, Alerts, Navigation, and reporting
Together, these updates are designed to help teams act faster, personalize smarter, and create momentum across the customer journey.
Audience Building Improvements
We also shipped an update to Campaign Label criteria in segmentation, making it easier to use campaign labels when defining audiences and filtering users.
For teams managing multiple campaigns, labels, and programs, this helps improve organization and audience precision.
