User ID instead of email?

Does anyone use a user ID instead of an email address as a key identifier for users? In our platform, a single user might have multiple venues under one email address. I would be extremely grateful for any best practices, pros&cons, and tips around the id as a key identifier. Thanks!

Sending emails - API idempotency

Currently it is possible to send emails with - POST /api/email/targetIs there a way to send them idempotently - to avoid sending the same email twice?

Lead Scoring

As Iterable doesn't have a built-in lead scoring feature, I'm curious how other Iterable users incorporate lead scoring with their campaigns. Right now I'm considering building something on top of our data warehouse but it would be much easier to have something that integrates with Iterable directly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Turn on GA tracking on Workflow template from base template

I can find any documentation about this, is there a way to turn on GA tracking in a workflow template? We didn't have the GA tracking turned on in the base template when we were building the workflows - I know, I'm a newb - and now there isn't an option to do it on the workflows but we can do it on the base templates.

iOS15 Preview tool upgrade

I've noticed that the current preview tool doesn't account for new iOS15 character limits. Sometimes the preview tool will say the copy fits, but when a push sends on iOS15, it doesn't fit like it does in the preview tool. Would anyone else be interested in the preview tool being upgraded to account for new iOS15 push character limits?

Complex Catalog/Collections Scenario

I have received a huge set of customer reviews as a csv file from our data team that I would like to use in Iterable.  Our business model is representing hundreds of other brands to help consumers make educated buying decisions.  So our Data team pulled the 10 most helpful reviews for each brand and supplied me with a giant csv of 182,000+ rows. I know, that's a lot. Probably 172,000 more than we need. But, with that in mind, my goal is to intersperse reviews into brand related emails.   For instance, a consumer may inquire on a brand, let's just say Iterable.  In the email, I would want to pull in several random Iterable reviews to feature in the body.  I had intended to upload this as a catalog but immediately ran into a lot of problems, most notably that the max is 1,000 rows and this is 182x too big.  Secondly, it needs a unique key, and I don't know what I would key off of.  The brand's ID in our system would work except there are 10 reviews per brand and the csv has them all on

I want to embed a question in email body and the user should be able to revert in the same email.

We are trying to take appointment slots from the users in the email. We do not wish for them to be redirected from the email, however, they should be able to fill in the preferred time and date within that email. Is there a way to do this?

White gaps in row background

I'm trying to make a box have a solid background color. In iterable it looks right but when testing in outlook, there are these white gaps - see the images below. Does anyone know how to make it render without these white gaps? On gmail it looks right.

It would be super helpful to be able to preview on devices while also previewing with data. Is this something we can add to the interface? Would other users find this helpful?

Events and Their Details

We would like to inspect event history for a user via the API. For some events, we would like to look at the campaign or the list associated with the event. The event only stores the IDs associated with those objects, and it appears that the API only allows us to get the entire collection of campaigns or lists and we are unable to request information for a specific ID. Is there a more efficient way to get information about a specific campaign or list rather than pulling back the entire collection ourselves and searching through it? Is it possible to build something similar to the Event History tab from the User Profile screen in Iterable via the API that is reasonably efficient? Thanks for any ideas.

How long does it take to update apple app site association?

I just setup a destination domain, and updated the apple app site association file. I also enabled the destination domain. Locales with no Default Version

Hey was wondering if anyone is using the Locales feature but has the settings so you never use the default version? Or if any one is using locales and can help with a few issues we have found We use this set up to stop the wrong template sending to the wrong country. However it has few flaws and was wondering if anyone had found a work around 1. HeatMaps are not available for Locales 2. You get an error message as Default version that cannot send does not have an unsubscribe in it 3. When using an in-app if you do not set the default version to have an end date it appears that any country specific in-app also is set to the default version 4. Is there a way to see the mailing details for the locale version before sending and not the default on the schedule page you are only shown the default version

How to get historical events (in same schema as of Stitch webhooks)?

Apparently Iterable webhooks doesn't send historical events. But how can we get historical events? I checked through API, the result of Export data json is much less (columns) than the data fetched through webhooks.

Does Iterable email template pickup query params of an image url?

Example https://someimage.png?width=940&height=850 Does it consider ?width=940&height=850 I am able to change the properties in the browser and the image changes, however, in Iterable, there is no change in any property even though when inspecting element, I can see the query parameter properties as part of the image url.

Metadata through /api/push/target

Is there a way to send a metadata object in the same field that it is sent if you manually add a "custom metadata" object in a push notification campaign, but through the api instead of something that is static?
