Today, we released WhatsApp as a new sending platform in Iterable! Now in addition to email, SMS, in-app, and other messaging channels, you can reach your users on WhatsApp too. Set up your WhatsApp Business Account and business profile, create reusable WhatsApp templates, and schedule and send WhatsApp campaigns — all right from your Iterable project.
With this release, we’ve also added:
- WhatsApp metrics so you can easily track WhatsApp engagement in Campaign Analytics and Messaging Insights. See Metrics Definitions.
- Snowflake Secure Data Sharing now includes event tables for WhatsApp. For more information, read Snowflake + Iterable Integration.
- Reasons that WhatsApp messages might be skipped instead of being sent. See Reasons for Send Skip Events.
