We just released a new journey tile that gives you even more flexibility for orchestrating two-way conversations with your users! The Hold for Reply tile pauses users in a journey for up to 7 days until they send a reply to one of your SMS or WhatsApp campaigns. With this tile, you can configure up to 10 replies you expect to receive and route users down different journey paths accordingly. You can even set up alternate versions of each reply to support replies in different languages, or replies that contain possible typos.
