With this update, Snowflake Secure Data Share has added the IS_BOTfield to the Email Click, Email Open, and SMS Click event tables. Use them to identify when an action was most likely performed by a non-human user agent (for email) or when a device created a link preview (for SMS).
In addition, we’ve added the IS_GHOST_PUSH field to the Push Uninstall event table. Use this field to identify whether a push notification was sent sometime after the original send to verify whether the device token is still valid. If Iterable receives feedback that the device token is no longer valid, the user is unsubscribed from the current campaign.
