With this update, we’ve improved the way we track the link clicks that are reported in heatmaps. Now, in Snowflake, you’ll see a new TRACKED_LINK column (and templateUrl field) in your Email Click event table, which tracks the links in templates or snippets that are used to calculate heatmaps. For more information, see Snowflake + Iterable Integration.
As part of this change, the HREF_INDEX value from the Email Click table will be deprecated in the coming weeks. If you reference that field for any reason, we recommend that you transition to using trackedLink, instead. If you have questions about this change, please contact your customer success manager.
