August's Product Spotlight
How much of your campaign workflow is actually spent creating something new?
And how much is spent figuring out what already exists, checking your work, or getting personalization logic just right?
August’s product spotlight updates tackle some of that everyday work with three Nova capabilities designed to help you move from idea to launch faster.
This spotlight includes:
- Journeys Summary Agent: Understand complex journeys in plain language
- Review Agent: Catch common campaign issues before publishing
- Handlebars Agent: Build personalization without writing the logic yourself
Whether you're inheriting someone else's journey, doing one last QA check, or staring at Handlebars wondering where to start, here's what's new.
Journeys Summary Agent 🗺️
Understand a journey without tracing every path

What's New
Ever opened a journey you didn't build and thought, "Okay...what exactly is happening here?"
Journeys Summary Agent is a new Nova capability that explains how an existing journey works in plain language.
It can summarize the journey's triggers, branches, actions, and exits, giving you context before you start making changes.
Where This Helps
This can be especially useful when:
- You've inherited a journey someone else built
- A complex journey has multiple branches to trace
- You need to understand the intent before making changes
- Journey context was never documented or has been lost over time
Start Here
The next time you open a journey you didn't build, start with the summary before digging into the canvas.
Use it to understand:
- How customers enter the journey
- The major paths they can take
- What actions happen along the way
- How customers exit?
Review Agent 🔎
Give campaigns another check before publishing

You know that final check before you hit publish?
Review Agent can help with that too, and this month it's getting a few upgrades.
What's New
Review Agent now supports the Drag and Drop email editor, which means it's available across Drag and Drop, WYSIWYG, and Side by Side email editors.
It also includes:
- More accurate spelling and grammar review
- Improved link validation
- Checks for broken or missing URLs
- Checks for elements like social icons without links
Where This Helps
Review Agent gives teams another way to catch common issues before they reach customers.
Start Here
Before publishing your next campaign, use Review Agent as another set of eyes.
Pay particular attention to the things that are easy to miss during a final review:
- Is a link broken or missing?
- Did a social icon get added without a URL?
- Did a spelling or grammar issue slip through?
It's not about skipping your QA process. It's about making that process a little easier.
Handlebars Agent ✨
Build personalization without writing complex logic

Know what you want to personalize, but not exactly how to write the Handlebars for it?
Handlebars Agent lets you describe the personalization you want in plain language and helps create the Handlebars logic needed to make it happen.
And now, there's one more place you can use it.
What's New
Handlebars Agent now supports the Drag and Drop editor.
That means it's now available across all three editors:
-
Drag and Drop
-
WYSIWYG
-
Side by Side
Where This Helps
Instead of starting with the code, start with what you're trying to accomplish.
Handlebars Agent helps turn a personalization idea into the logic needed to build it, without requiring you to write complex Handlebars from scratch.
Start Here
The next time you know what you want to personalize but aren't sure how to build it, start there.
Describe the personalization you're trying to create in plain language and work with Handlebars Agent on the logic.
