This role will lead full-funnel lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, and web — with a core focus on converting first-time customers into loyal, repeat ones. You'll drive KPI ownership, build a disciplined offer and segmentation framework, evolve our rewards program, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to make retention a shared company priority.
