As we lose the talented Tom Murphy to Australia, we have a new opportunity within the Mettle marketing team, part of the wider NatWest Business marketing team.

We are looking for a customer marketing & communications expert who can manage Mettle's mobile-first CRM and look at how we can drive customer growth and engagement through a range of data-driven strategies.

Build campaigns across email, push, etc.
Develop engaging customer lifecycle journeys
Test, track, and optimise performance
Work closely with product and ops to deliver the best experience for our customers
