🚨 Digital & Performance Manager - Customer Marketing & Communications 🚨

As we lose the talented Tom Murphy to Australia, we have a new opportunity within the Mettle marketing team, part of the wider NatWest Business marketing team.

We are looking for a customer marketing & communications expert who can manage Mettle's mobile-first CRM and look at how we can drive customer growth and engagement through a range of data-driven strategies.

✅ Build campaigns across email, push, etc.
✅ Develop engaging customer lifecycle journeys
✅ Test, track, and optimise performance
✅ Work closely with product and ops to deliver the best experience for our customers
