Join Marley Spoon and help change the way people eat! This vibrant team is looking for a MarTech Manager to lead our CRM tech stack - powered by Iterable, our key partner for delivering world-class customer experiences.

You’ll work closely with our CRM, data, and product teams to ensure data accuracy, technical excellence, and seamless campaign execution across global markets.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and optimise our CRM setup in Iterable.

• Ensure data quality and troubleshoot campaign issues.

• Train CRM managers on best practices and new Iterable features.

• Collaborate with Product and Data to elevate personalisation and performance.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–4 years’ experience in MarTech or CRM (Iterable or similar platform).

• Strong understanding of data design (Snowflake, Segment, mParticle, etc.).

• Skilled in Handlebars or similar scripting languages.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.
