We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join my team at Findmypast / DC Thomson.
You’d be working across email, push and embedded messaging, using Iterable (and a bit of Movable Ink), with real scope to own journeys, test ideas, and improve conversion over time.
It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys lifecycle marketing, experimentation, personalisation, and hands-on CRM execution.
This role is largely remote, but applicants do need to be UK-based.
