Hey all — I’m looking for a Lifecycle Strategist to join my team!
This is a strictly hands-on role designed for an advanced expert who has a proven track record of planning and building complex, logic-based workflows directly within modern enterprise platforms like Iterable. You’ll have the opportunity to orchestrate omnichannel strategies encompassing Email, SMS, Mobile Push, and a wide array of onsite embedded messages, with a focus on driving and measuring the activation and retention of our users.
You will leverage analytics tools like Amplitude and Looker and conduct user session research to inform your strategy; I am looking for someone with an advanced understanding of measuring long-term impact, not just short-term wins. :)
