Greetings Iterable Community,
I’m excited to share with you an exciting new release enhancing our analytics and reporting capabilities, Messaging Insights! Messaging Insights is an all new customizable analytics reporting page that offers a holistic view of performance across campaigns, allowing you to monitor, compare, and hone in on key metrics at a glance and discover performance trends.
With the release of Messaging Insights, you can now easily select and compare performance metrics across multiple campaigns, and view results by message channel, performance metric, message type, message state, and date range.
Messaging Insights is now available to all customers and located under the “Insights” top navigation in your account. To learn more about this new campaign analytics page, visit our release notes, and please post any questions below and we will be happy to answer them!

Exciting! Started playing around with it yesterday and liking what I see so far.
Thanks for the shoutout @Ryan Glanzer! Please let us or your CSM know if you have any questions as you become more familiar with this new analytics page.
@Anthony Chiulli I have been using Message Insights frequently for reporting by campaign type, but lately it's been acting weird. If I filter by name or ID, the performance metrics at the top update, but the individual campaigns below don't. The same 10 campaigns remain no matter how I filter it down. This feature used to work as recently as a few days ago. Not sure if this is a known bug.
Thanks @Ryan Glanzer for bringing this to our attention. I have reached out to the PM of this feature and relayed this note and awaiting more details.
Hi @Ryan Glanzer - our Product team was able to replicate your experience and have filed an escalated bug ticket to resolve. Thank you again.
@Ryan Glanzer - following up to inform you this bug has now been fixed. Thank you again and please let your CSM know if you should experience any other issues with Messaging Insights. Thank you!
@Anthony Chiulli great, thank you for the fix. I can confirm it's working as expected on my end.
