Greetings Iterable Community, I’m excited to share with you an exciting new release enhancing our analytics and reporting capabilities, Messaging Insights! Messaging Insights is an all new customizable analytics reporting page that offers a holistic view of performance across campaigns, allowing you to monitor, compare, and hone in on key metrics at a glance and discover performance trends. With the release of Messaging Insights, you can now easily select and compare performance metrics across multiple campaigns, and view results by message channel, performance metric, message type, message state, and date range. Messaging Insights is now available to all customers and located under the “Insights” top navigation in your account.
