What This Community Taught Us
A few themes showed up again and again across submissions:

- Strong strategy beats rushing to send.
- Timing, context, and intent drive better outcomes than calendars alone.
- And peer learning remains one of the most valuable parts of the experience.
Reading through these responses felt less like reviewing entries — and more like flipping through a community yearbook filled with experimentation, progress, and a lot of care for the customer experience!
