Dear Iterable, this year we’re going to be stepping even further into the commerce space with a new brand. I’d love to learn more about price alerts and how other customers are managing this. It seems like the options are endless here. Do we do a data feed of products, a catalog of products, API triggers for each alert? Are they mailed as transactional messages or does each product have it’s own unique subscription and if so, what’s the best way to manage the ever-growing list of available products? The scale of it all feels a little daunting so I’d love to learn if there are some best practices, a pro/con list for each potential solution, any webinars that could help us through this new endeavor!

Dear Iterable, I started my journey with you this year and it’s only fitting that I look back on our 8 months together thus far thinking about how much we were able to accomplish and how much I learned in a short amount of time. If you would have asked me this question at the beginning of the year, I would say I needed a weeklong masterclass in handlebar training😂. I still would love some advanced handlebar courses of course, but now that I’m onboarded and I understand the platform much better, I would love some technical workshops on event-based triggers (setting up custom events), catalogs, journey paths, etc. In a world where moments-based-marketing drives the most engagement, knowing how to set up those triggers on the platform is the first step. Along that line, I would love to hear other user’s experiences with journeys, what works best for them, and how people are making the switch from traditional “batch-and-blasts” to drip-marketing campaigns. What features on the platform, like send time optimization, event triggers, next best action, frequency optimization, helps others achieve their goals? What types of campaigns work well in journeys? We are also about to launch our app to our United States customers. What is the best way to introduce a new channel to our customers? All in all, I want to strength my skills as a strategist, and I would love a deeper dive into using the native features on Iterable to become a more sophisticated CRM professional. Here’s to what we can accomplish in 2026!

Dear Iterable, we’re wrapping up our implementation and moving over to CS in early-2026.  I’m excited to help our Subscriptions Marketing and editorial teams move from our crawl and walk phases to running next year -- plus hopefully flying!  🚀

I’m personally motivated to move customer journeys, emails, activations, and paid media campaigns from legacy tools into a single system of truth that unlocks greater self-service capabilities.

I’m intrigued with experimenting with more moment-based marketing and exploring how Nova can become a part of our “AI Everywhere” business goals.

Dear Iterable,

A skill I’m hoping to level up is leading with relationships before tactics. Less “what should we send next?” and more “where is this person in their journey right now?” The best lifecycle work I’ve seen feels like an ongoing conversation, not a campaign calendar.

I’d love to dive deeper into how other teams are actually doing this at scale. How they use data without letting it flatten the human side. What signals they pay attention to, what they ignore, and where they intentionally slow things down instead of automating everything.

I’d really benefit from more peer connection around moments-based marketing in the real world. Not just highlight reels, but honest stories. The messy middle, the tests that didn’t work, the moments that surprised people after launch.

I’d also love a recurring thread or resource in the Plaza focused on relationship moments across the lifecycle. Onboarding that earns trust, retention that isn’t just discounts, and reactivation that respects timing and context.

If Iterable can help us get better at building real relationships with customers, not just better flows, that’s the kind of support that will matter most heading into 2026. If any of this is tied directly to Nova, thats even better.

Dear Iterable,

2025 provided a strong foundation for involvement, learning, and development on the platform. Especially as we’ve integrated more features to deliver campaigns that truly move the needle. In 2026, one of our primary goals is to streamline our promotional marketing efforts by delivering more relevant, timely content through smarter, more intuitive journeys. We want to continue letting data drive results, leverage AI to automate intelligently, and use testing tools to run A/B experiments that lead to clear, statistically meaningful outcomes.

Community engagement has also been a huge value-add. Connecting with others through Iterable webinars, forums, and events has offered inspiration and fresh perspective. As others have mentioned, the Iterable Plaza, adding certifications, and hands-on courses have been incredibly helpful. Through opportunities to dive deeper into the platform, practice via repetition, and explore real use cases make it easier to build confidence and close knowledge gaps efficiently.

We’re extremely excited to carry the momentum from 2025 into 2026. Iterable’s Nova seems perfectly positioned to help us activate on our data and empower us as marketers to create both strategic and creative solutions.

Looking forward to what’s ahead!

Dear Iterable,

A skill I’m hoping to level up in 2026 is getting better at using customer behavior to decide what message to send next — and when. We see a lot of strong signals like browsing, add-to-cart activity, and promo engagement, but it’s not always clear how to turn that interest into messaging that actually drives action without overdoing it. I’d love more practical guidance on how to interpret those signals, set clear thresholds, and build journeys that feel timely and helpful instead of repetitive.

At APMEX, I think there’s an opportunity to improve how we use Iterable to make our promotions feel more personal and relevant. We could do more to tailor offers and product messaging based on what customers are actively looking at, how recently they’ve engaged, or whether they’re loyal buyers versus deal-seekers. Seeing real examples, simple frameworks, or hands-on workshops from other brands would help us better connect behavior to promotions and ultimately create smarter, more effective messaging.

Dear Iterable,

As a mid-sized company, losing our dedicated CSM has created a significant gap. Complex workflows, troubleshooting data integration and platform limitations, and strategic campaign planning have become harder without a partner who understands our business model and technical environment. Explaining our business or email structure to new agents every time we need assistance is time consuming. 😞 We would love to see a dedicated CSM structure returned.

We’ve also struggled with syncing data through SmartSync and were never able to get that connected. The Iterable platform's power is undeniable, but unlocking it requires partnership and integration expertise that's currently difficult to access at our tier.

I would also like a unicorn, a million dollars, and a puppy. 😄
