We’ve got a little update for our customers about how we’re handling product feature requests in Iterable Plaza. We want to make sure your awesome ideas get the attention they deserve, so we’re shaking things up a bit.
 

What’s New?
We’ve decided to sunset the ability for customers to submit product feature requests and ideas in the community—but don’t worry because we still greatly value your feedback! Moving forward, if you have a feature request or a brilliant idea, customers can reach out to their Customer Success Manager. They know exactly how to route your suggestions straight to our product team through a streamlined process that ensures your voice is heard.
 

Why the Change?
Our product team values customer input and aims to streamline the feedback process. Product feature requests will be reviewed by experts who can thoroughly evaluate them and assess their potential fit with our product roadmap. This approach ensures that customer feedback reaches the appropriate teams efficiently and effectively.
 

What Stays the Same?
The community is still your go-to place for connecting with others, learning new insights, and finding answers to your questions. We’re here to keep things engaging, fun, and valuable for everyone!
