As a founding member of the cat business, the CRM manager will build and own the email marketing channel from the ground up, shaping the full customer journey across leads, active, and paused customers.

The role blends strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution — from building journeys and reactivation flows to analysing data, testing new ideas, and growing a passionate customer base of cat lovers.

You’ll work closely with Marro’s brand, product, and “dog squad” teams in a fun, collaborative, and pet-friendly environment — dogs (and cats!) are welcome in the White City office.
