We are excited to announce that we’re rolling out a new version of our User Profile, the page in Iterable where you view and manage data about a particular user. We’re introducing a fresh new look and several enhancements to make it easier than ever to understand and manage your users.

This release will roll out to our entire customer base over the next few weeks, starting on Monday, 5/9. Once it’s enabled in your account, you will automatically see it when you navigate to any user profile. You don’t need to take any action to enable the new page. 

What’s changing?

• New look and feel, continuing our Aurora User Experience rollout



• Less technical, more user friendly presentation of user fields and event data



• New snapshot of key user info and recent events



• Improved searching and filtering 

With this new version, we are no longer pre-filling username, photo, and location from FullContact. Instead, we’re making your existing user fields easier to find and use.

Note: FullContact is a third-party vendor and is/was not available for all user profiles.
