What’s a review, signal, or moment of customer feedback that shaped the customer journey? Maybe it helped you rethink a strategy, launch something new, or confirm you were on the right track. 

We recently have partnered with our data science team to get Recipe Recommendations for our users on our food sites. We collect the data about which recipes they’ve been saving and then use that to inform different version of recommendations. What we found was that when compared to showing users the Top Trending Recipes from Yesterday and instead showing them their unique Recipe Recommendations, there was a vast increase in the number of recipes they saved. Unsurprisingly we rolled out the Recs version right away and continue to iterate on it as we go. It was a nice win and collaboration across teams!
