Greetings Iterable Community,

We are very excited to announce Brand Affinity™️, our latest intelligent personalization solution, is now generally available to all customers!

Powered by Iterable AI, Brand Affinity will transform the way you identify and intelligently segment your customers across channels based on how they feel about your brand. Brand Affinity automatically calculates a score based on a customer’s recent interactions with your brand through email and mobile engagement signals, and converts these into affinity labels on the user profile.

For the first time, marketers can now simplify the process of discovering the right audience and delivering the right cross-channel experience at every stage of the customer lifecycle with the click of a button.

Yes, this looks awesome! Every newsletter we send is highly segmented. Our subscribers don't just sign up one day and remain on the list forever. We are constantly filtering out unengaged users (generally 0 opens/clicks over the past 60 days or 10 emails sent). We also don't send to users who are in the middle of certain automations so we're not distracting from their current journey. This scoring system seems like it would simplify my process a lot.
This sounds like an exciting feature! I would say the corner stone of our success has always been sending messages to our most engaged users and occasionally using specific reengagement campaigns to get the other users back on board or determine that we need to purge them from the list. So this could definitely help us on that front.
I love this! In addition to the obvious benefits (listed in the article), I am excited to use this as a tool to show my leadership team my work to improve customer sentiment (by capturing weekly brand affinity #s).
Thank you @Ryan Glanzer @James Jordan and @Cora Martin for your positive feedback! We are really excited about how this new release empowers Iterable customers to market with empathy and tune into their customer's sentiment. Even better, the versatility of Brand Affinity as a dynamic user profile attribute allows you to leverage these labels in segmentation, workflow studio, dynamic content, Catalog, API calls and more!

Next month, after our customers have had time to be familiar with Brand Affinity, we will be hosting a Q+A session here in the Community to answer any questions that folks have in starting to use Brand Affinity. Stay tuned!
This is amazing- excited to share this information with our greater marketing team. This will really help us understand who our customers and segment in a better way. Adding on to what Ryan said above, we do the same thing! I think the most important part is making sure the customer is not interpreted by other emails and they stay in the same journey.
I was so excited to see this open to everyone! I was sad to miss out on the beta release and am excited to be able to segment and have additional ways of dynamically splitting the audience.
This will help us leverage marketing campaign engagement to inform Lead Scoring models that can be used across marketing and sales
Awesome feature, thanks for bringing new ideas to help us target our audience. Is this an early Christmas gift from the Iterable team?
❤ Thank you @Sonam Patel @Elaine Go @Corey Egan and @Tim Lin! We love hearing our customers feedback on this exciting new solution. Over the next few weeks, we additional Brand Affinity content planned and a "AMA" style Q+A session here in the Community to answer any questions that folks have in starting to use Brand Affinity.
