Xometry is looking for a Marketing Operations Developer, Iterable to join the Customer Marketing team. You will be working closely with marketers to create compelling and seamless email workflows and subscription experiences for manufacturer buyers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the support of marketing operations specialists and content marketers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Iterable initiatives. Partner with content, marketing operations, and stakeholders to identify Iterable subscription problems and opportunities, develop strategies, prioritize features, and effectively execute them
- Work closely with other content and marketing operations team members to improve and maintain Iterable workflows
- Add new types of data to workflows (other suppliers to try, other categories to try) that will make our buyer emails more personalized
- Support and optimize engagement for a daily email newsletter
- Ongoing data management and troubleshooting (Iterable data structure and codebase, support tickets, etc.)
- Be a steward of our team culture and help cultivate a respectful, productive, and engaging work environment on the team
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of web development experience
- 2+ yrs of experience working with Iterable
- You have strong communication skills. You can effectively describe your approach and your decision-making to stakeholders, marketers, and designers.
- You're a team player that is also comfortable trying out new things. You can take ideas from conceptualization to execution. You're a self-starter and can work independently. You organize your tasks and are able to report back on progress without being prompted. You are detail oriented. You can adhere to strict deadlines. Most importantly, you are data-driven.
- Your response to most marketing activities is: "Let me automate that for you.”
- You’re eager to investigate how processes work, where they can be improved, and perform the changes (including documentation)
- Experience with deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC is highly desired
- Experience working with tools including Jira, Asana, HubSpot, SQL, Tealium/Twilio Segment, Workato, Zapier, API calls and JSON feeds, Google Ad Manager, and advance handlebar usage
