Are you who we're looking for?
Over the last year and a half, we built our mobile app from the ground up aiming to transform the way America’s workforce gets paid with Payday Wallet, a fee-free on demand pay solution. As Clair’s Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll help us bring Payday Wallet to employees across the country by fueling growth and expansion through robust data-driven programs, experimentation, and thoughtful lifecycle planning.

This role will be focused on designing and executing cross-channel marketing programs that educate users about Clair’s products and nurture them towards higher levels of engagement. An ideal candidate should have proven success building and managing a variety of lifecycle/retention marketing programs. You have an entrepreneurial attitude, and strong analytical skills. You are data-driven but also have solid creative judgement. You are ambitious, passionate and enjoy a fast paced working environment.

You will lead the acquisition and adoption strategies for future and existing products, as well as supervising campaign asset development and implementation across touchpoints (such as sms, email and in-app notifications). You will also be involved in communications planning, discovery and product development. This is an extremely cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Business, Marketing, Design, Data Science, and Legal teams. You are a strategic thinker and growth hacker who has a very strong bias for action and experimentation.
