Our company is looking to hire an email marketing person. We have not had any luck. Where are people going to find people
It's hard. We're looking too. Are you familiar with the emailgeeks community on Slack? There's an email-job-postings channel there that might be useful, especially for jobs in the US.

Also, there's a Women of Email (WoE) group that shares job postings regularly. Happy to be your conduit if you would like something shared there.
