Hi all. I'm hoping that someone can help me.

We have a product on our site, just one SKU, that we want to send a second order confirmation email to. Basically, this SKU represents something special and we want to send them a certificate that they can share on social media.

I created a workflow with the following criteria:

* Start When: "Purchased"
* Use Filter = Yes
* Filter on user and event data fields…
* shoppingCartItems.sku "Contains" MySKUNumber

Upon testing, this does trigger just when that SKU is present. However, it is sending me the email 3-4 times instantly.

I do have "Limit simultaneous entrances per user…" set to 1, but I am still getting multiple emails.

What I think is happening is that it is sending me an email for each time that I have purchased that product, instead of just triggering off the most recent purchase.

The first time I tested this workflow, I got two, then I placed another test order and got three, then another test order and got 4, and so on.

Is there a way to get it to trigger off the most recent purchase and only send one email?
Hi Steve! This issue seems to warrant more investigation by support team. I'll go ahead and submit a support ticket on your behalf. Would like to know how this issue was resolved by the support team - facing similar issue.
Hi Bryan! Looking through the older support ticket, it looks like this specific issue, Steve was able to resolve by setting a 60 second delay node in the workflow. However, for your specific instance, it may be helpful to open up a new support ticket with the details of your particular issue for further investigation as well. Let me know if you would like be to open up one on your behalf!
