Hi there! We are trying to implement filters in journeys using scheduled/rescheduled/cancelled appointments. Ideally, we'd like to set up the filters such that if the appointment ID field of the custom scheduled event = appointment ID field of a custom rescheduled event, then the user is put into a different Journey. Is this possible? (even if it means hacking saving the custom event fields elsewhere, etc)

Hey Joan Rhee! Sure thing. If your journey is triggered by a custom event, you can use that event's data fields as merge parameters. There is a similar use case in our documentation here - https://support.iterable.com/hc/en-us/articles/5367225442324-Journeys-Frequently-Asked-Questions#can-i-use-custom-events-in-journeys
Once you set up your yes/no filter to check if the scheduled event is equal to {{appointment ID}}, you can connect the "yes" node to a "send to journey" tile.
Thanks for writing in! :)
