Right now, Iterable doesn't allow for triggering of a workflow via UserID. You can only trigger a workflow with an email or a ListID (https://api.iterable.com/api/docs#workflows_triggerWorkflow)

We would absolutely love triggering a workflow with a UserID since a lot of our services don't have access to email.
Hey @"Joseph Woo" thanks for the input. We're currently working on some architectural changes to significantly improve support for userID-focused use cases. Once this work is complete, we'll be enabled to allow triggering of workflows via userID, but that specific feature is not currently on the immediate roadmap.
