Hello everyone,

I've got the issue that I can't send the Email with Spanish language by using a triggered campaign.

1) I created a campaign with type = "triggered" and activated it. I already set up the es locale template in the triggered campaign, but it didn't display the correct content when I selected the es locale in preview mode.

Hi Toan, I believe this is an Iterable bug. We have 34 locales and when switching the locale in this preview screen, the message shown does not change for us either.

Our software looks at the user profile's "locale" field rather than the triggering data from the campaign.

By any chance was your user's locale set to English?

If your user also has the locale for Spanish, and you are still receiving the English version please reach out to support via a support ticket and one of our lovely team members will be able to help you out!

Hey Casey and Toan.

I would like to add for the preview screen, in particular, you first have to change the locale in the top right of the editor and then select preview to display the locale.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to switch out the locales once you arrive at the preview screen.

If the issue is still persisting in the preview section specifically, I would create a support ticket, so that we can investigate this bug and add your information for future development.

I already solved the second issue related to sending Email with Spanish language. I updated the locale in the user profile as your suggestion. Thank you for this information.

For the first issue, it's the "Email Preview" feature in the triggered campaign (please see the below screenshot). When I selected the locale "es", the content in the preview screen didn't show the Spanish language although I already setup the Spanish language for es locale template.
