Hello! First time poster here - I was encouraged by our CSM to share this for an upvote, so here goes:
Using the drag/drop editor, we've recently had multiple instances where we want to match a text color. However if you select the text of the color you're trying to match, then select the color picker from the text editor toolbar, it doesn't show you what color that text is - it always shows #000000. The text color on the right under content properties isn't the right color either.
It'd be great (and I'm fairly certain it used to work this way before some recent updates to the text editor toolbar) that it would show the color of the selected text in the color picker. Example screen shot here - selected text was green, but color picker shows black:
Hey Laura! Thanks for your post. Our Drag and Drop editor is through the company Bee Editor, I confirmed the color picker in the tool bar will function differently from the one available in the Content Properties pane on the right hand side of the editor window. You can view Bee Editor's post on those functionalities here: https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360010401532-Text-color.

To set a color and have the color code available for you, I would recommend editing the color of your text using the side panel on the Content Tab in the Content Properties section. A screenshot as follows:

I hope this helps!
