Hi everyone, I'm building bounce-handling for our Iterable instance (3 soft-bounces in 90 days will get suppressed from marketing emails), and curious what criteria others are using to identify the subset of those users who should NOT be suppressed (an example of what I've toyed with--they won't get suppressed if there's an open or click on a transactional email in the past 30 days). Any suggestions?

Hi Jeanette! It does depend on how your org defines engagement but I've seen most customers use Email Open and Email Click over a certain date range to gauge the level of engagement. Let us know if you have more questions!
