Hello! Are there any best practices for how to ensure that SMS messages don't get sent out in the middle of the night? From Twilio: As a general rule, don't send messages before 9 am or after 9 pm. Your provider should be able to automatically deliver your messages to your audience at the right time in the right time zone.
Our SMS workflows are triggered based on custom events, and we send texts out in real-time. However, if a custom event occurs after 9PM, is there a way to:
- check the user's local time
- if their local time is between 9 am - 9 pm, send the text
- if their local time is between 9:01 pm - 8:59 am, delay the text until 9AM the next day
Thanks!

Hi @Reetu Dave ! If you have timezone data on user profiles, a combination of filter and delay nodes within workflows can help ensure users are sent communications within the set window you'd like. Filters can help check user timezones against the current time with the use of relative dates, and delay nodes can allow users to remain in a workflow without progressing on to the next step until the sending window is reached. For further details and a review of what items may be needed to implement, I would recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager who would be happy to assist!
