Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has a smarter way to go about this setup and how to do it in the fewest journeys possible.
I'm setting up journeys for various countries and regions to inform them of the final day they can order for Christmas delivery. Some countries can still order via Express Shipping once the regular post date has passed.
I've created lists for each group of countries that share the same final date. I could simply start a three-email journey with time delays that say regular post is ending, express is still possible, and then express ends tonight—all sent across a five-day period.
However, I want to include new subscribers we will get in between express starting and ending, as it's a few days where we could gain quite a few users.
I'm leaning towards:
Journey 1 - One email announcing regular post is too late from tomorrow onwards.
Journey 2 - One email announcing express is still possible, which links to journey 3 with a time delay, as the final dates are similar.
Journey 3 - One email announcing express is no longer possible after today.
All start by "send to another journey."
Then for each list of countries:
Journey A (scheduled) that sends them to journey 1.
Journey B, which repeats daily and sends them to journey 2 (max entries 1 time per user) until the day before the deadline, so journey 3 takes care of itself thanks to time delays.
Any thoughts?
